Frequently Asked Questions for MOCHILA THE PROJECT FOOTWEAR o Bolsillos interiores y compartimento 40 RECYCLED POLYESTER

What should I check if I need to change or cancel an order?

Check whether the threshold changes with the chosen option. Review any maximum limits as well as the minimum requirement.

What should I check before accepting a suggested substitute?

Check whether the price changes and how that change would be recorded. Check whether the applicable terms differ from those of the original purchase.
