What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?
Look for exclusions relevant to the option you selected. Do not assume a submitted request has already been approved.
What should I clarify before organizing a purchase for several people?
Keep each person's selected option recorded clearly alongside their intended quantity. Make the division of the purchase clear without relying on an ambiguous shared description.
What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Compare the actual offer with alternatives instead of focusing solely on the stated saving. Do not assume a code used previously is still valid.
