Frequently Asked Questions for Sachtler Rain Poncho (SN606) accucapaciteit 160Wh mobile rigs and event environments Its compact form factor
What should I check if an approved refund has not appeared yet?
Check whether a store credit was agreed instead of another refund method. Check for an update before repeating a recently answered request.
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Provide the relevant purchase details without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Do not treat an unsuccessful-looking page alone as proof that submission failed.
How can I choose an appropriate purchase quantity?
Check whether the product's quantity is defined differently across alternative listings. Do not infer unlimited availability from an unrestricted-looking selection field.
